This warranty encompasses defects or failures in materials or components during standard residential usage of your cold plunge. While such occurrences are infrequent, should you encounter any issues, kindly contact us promptly. We are committed to swiftly and efficiently resolving any problems. Often, solutions are straightforward, and we're eager to guide you through them to ensure minimal disruption to your plunging routine!

Within this warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty tub or chiller component at no expense to you. However, it does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, inadequate maintenance, exposure to ambient freezing temperatures, or improper installation of your cold plunge.
